Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Preto.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Preto.ai provides an LLM proxy and cost optimization dashboard. You route your LLM API requests through our proxy endpoint; we log request metadata, generate cost analysis, and surface savings recommendations. We do not modify your requests or store prompt/response content by default.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your Preto.ai API keys and workspace credentials secure.
• You may not use Preto.ai to proxy requests for illegal content or to circumvent rate limits in ways that violate your LLM provider's terms.
• You may not resell or sublicense access to the Preto.ai proxy without written permission.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but we do offer a 14-day trial on Pro and Business plans with no charge if you cancel within 14 days.

Uptime and SLA

We target 99.9% proxy uptime. In the event of downtime, your application falls back to direct LLM provider requests (you are never hard-blocked from the LLM during an outage on our side). Business and Scale plans include SLA commitments — contact us for details.

Data

You own your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it. On account deletion, your data is purged within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

Preto.ai is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
